The characteristics of open star clusters from UBV data

Abstract A catalogue of homogeneous characteristics of open clusters is presented. The values of the color excess, distance, age and, in some cases, metallicity, are determined from published UBV data for 330 objects using a unique computer program. A brief description of this program is given.
